Country Squire Pottery took part in “Arts on Division” a week long celebration of the arts in downtown Somerville. After the opening in the two pop up galleries on Friday, May 13, Saturday proved to be an exciting day in Somerville. Division Street was closed to traffic and two stages were set up for continuous live music all day. A mobile “printmobile” was parked for kids to do some printmaking, there was chalk drawing in the street and Country Squire Pottery put on a raku firing demonstration all day.
